Can't progress In story Line,

Have been questing with guild member doing story line quests as a party. We made it through Unholy Ground (level 48) as we both did this instance separately, although we were in a party we entered individually as the option to accompany did not come up. completed the instance and both left. My guild member’s story line updated to Forewarned is Forarmed, to go see the General for next assignment to the sewers. However my storyline did not update, and shows the last entry as Unholy Ground completed. I was able to go into the Vigil Headquarters as it asked if I would like to accompany my guild member (as it had been in past quests, he talks to NPC and I check yes to accompany), saw all the cutscreens telling the next step but again no notice to progress. When we left that instance there was nothing. I was not able to go into the sewer or accompany my guild member. I can reenter the vigil but the door to the general will not open just says examine and only option is to leave. At this time I cannot progress. I have put an ingame ticket in but have not heard. Now am level 63 and have only been able to do map quests and events. Please fix this. Again my personal story line shows Unholy Ground greyed out and I am not able to get back into that instance.

I am having the same issue, none of my CC’s will work and all are valid with more then enough on them. respone to all is card approval failed. I have talked to my financial institution and verified there is nothing on there end. They don’t even see the request coming through. Please remove whatever limitations are restricking this. It would have also been nice to have received some kind of notification from NCSoft as to why and what needs to be done instead of leaving people sorta hanging there.
