Guild Wars 2

Since the 15th April patch my game has been lagging and crashing, gradually getting to the point where it now takes 4 minutes to do anything at all, like interact with npc’s, deposit into bank or collectibles etc, let alone play the game as using skills will freeze then crash! Am I alone on this, I am the only one who plays GW2 in my house, all other games and internet connections are fine. I have been reduced to playing on lowest settings which only gives me 5-10 minutes of play time before the crash. Help?

So what happens when you buy the game and follow all the correct procedure and still can’t log in? Followed everything to have my daughter playing the game i purchased today but I am still getting the same response,11:1001:2:1272. And yes I have reported this to Anet, however this doesn’t help a sick child, frustrated!!!!!

Hello People!

Can anyone please tell me what this error code means, I purchased GW2 for my daughter and we cannot log in!!!! We just keep getting the gray window saying Build : 35898 and Error Code 11:1001:2:1272

I used my email on original purchase and it went through fine, but I wanted her account to have her email on it so we authenticated it using her email. Now we are unable to start the game, change the password or anything, it’s very frustrating!
