Dear Gaile Grey,

thank you for reviewing my ticket, but you mentioned you had sent me an e-mail on the issue for more information. I have not gotten an e-mail from you, just the pages and pages of log in attempt notifications….. i checked both e-mails i provided in my original reply on the 25th and there is nothing. If you would be so kind as to resend the e-mail so i can address it and provide you with the information you need so we can get this whole matter straightened out, please?

it has been a long wait and i hope to get in game soon.

Been waiting since Oct 25th to resolve my wrongful account termination. I was hacked the day after i installed the game while i was moving =( really looking forward to at least PLAY this game….i’ve given up on getting to be part of the event at this point, tho it does suck that i missed it due to hackers while i was relocating -__-

cliff notes version of my issue since i’ve posted a few times pretty much saying the same thing

bought and installed the game on the Oct 22nd, played for a couple hours, logged off to finish packing to moving to my new apartment, set everything back up the next day, go to login, my account is terminated for gold/item selling for real world currency…… had to go to work and made a support ticket when i came home on Oct 25th. other than the initial automated response and a response from a GM saying my ticket is being elevated i have heard nothing. please help =(

Ok i’ve been patient now….. beyond so actually. I opened my ticket on October 25th got the expected response of “we got your support ticket and someone will contact you shortly” ok cool waited a few hours and got “I’m transferring your ticket to a member of the GW2 Violation Appeals Team to further assist you. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.” and that was on the same day……. it’s now the 28th and i have gotten nothing…..

my account was hacked the day after i installed it! i only got to play for a couple hours before i had to take my computer down so i could finish moving to my new apartment… got everything set back up, went to go login to find my account had been terminated for gold/item selling……. really? i didn’t even have my computer set up let alone was on it and playing!! this is ridiculous that i can’t play the game I JUST GOT!!!! this is not acceptable. wasted $60…..

I’ve submitted my ticket and have gotten no help and no reply for 3 days…. I have missed pretty much the entire Halloween event which is what made me get the game so i could be involved in the event as a new character…… but no i get shafted by hackers AND by arena net……. I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!

Which ever moderator reads this thread, please PLEASE help me. it’s extremely irritating and disappointing that i have gotten no help with this matter at all for almost a week.. i installed the game only on the 22nd only to be denied access to play the game i waited years for and could finally afford. and other than posting here and updating my ticket multiple times there’s no other way to get help? i miss NCSoft’s live support chat option… at least that was instant and i could see the people trying to help me…. with this? i’m left in the dark wondering when or even if arena net is going to help me….

what i find funny tho is that my IP address is in the USA but all the login attempts are from china… do your people even bother reading your logs before banning someone? it’s quite obvious that i was hacked and i couldn’t even do anything about nor did i know i was being hacked because ALL my belongings were in a uhaul truck due to me moving……. -_- i’m extremely unhappy with your “support service” and i can’t even get my money back for the game… plus i had already synced my GW accounts…. so i’m pretty much screwed…

Why can we not get customer service in a timely manner?!?

i’ve been waiting for about 6 days….. 3 from my most recent ticket which is the only one i got a reply to… my account was wrongly terminated for gold/item selling. which is funny cause i just installed the game on the 22nd got to play for a couple hours and then finished moving to my new apartment to find out i was hacked and banned within a 24 hour period…. and i got no response, no help. just a massive influx on e-mail login attempts from china…. -_- i’ve completely missed the Halloween event which is what i got the game for now instead of waiting longer cause i know the events can be awesome and i love Halloween. It’s like a massive tease…. get a little taste and they take it away =/ i’m rather disappointed with the customer service because i haven’t gotten any customer service, at all…

Hello. I’ve read most of the other threads about other people’s accounts being banned and back up within a few hours… this has not been the case for me. I’ve been waiting for 2 days now….so if the GMs read this… it’s in regards to ticket #121025-000947

i have been sitting here waiting to hear a response to my hacked account support ticket…. all i get is “I’m transferring your ticket to a member of the GW2 Violation Appeals Team to further assist you. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.” I’ve gotten this message twice now…and still no reply and my account has remained banned.

it’s a little ridiculous that i only got to play for a couple hours the day i installed, had to log off because i was moving to my new apartment only to trying logging back in the day after and see that my account had been hacked and terminated for gold selling….. i wasn’t even home to check anything and the e-mail authentication system? it sucks. There’s isn’t a link or button in the e-mail to deny access from the e-mail on a mobile device. it’s pretty crappy that i don’t get to play the $60 game i just got on the 22nd.

I’m missing the entire Halloween event as a result too. I’m not happy about this game right now and i know that a couple of my friends that wanted to play this game are now thinking it’s not worth it because of the security flaws. They’re seeing the lack of response i’ve gotten (and a couple other gaming friends that this happened to as well) as a sign that the game is not worth the headache it seems to be to KEEP your account over playing the game.

I’ve been waiting for 2 days to get something….either a reply or to be able to login. I’ve changed all my passwords to my account and my e-mail (cause obviously the hackers needed to get into my e-mail to approve their log-in attempt) and still nothing. Am i going to miss the ENTIRE halloween event? I’ll be rather upset if i do.

I really enjoyed playing GW (been a player forever…i think my oldest toon is somewhere around 80 months old) and was looking forwards to GW2, but i only got to level 3 or 4 before i was wrongfully banned. Please help me =(
