We’re really moving forward on the queues, so this thread is now for tickets that have not been answered for 4 days or more. Naturally, if you’re working with an agent and making progress, there’s no need to post here. This is simply for those posts that may have “fallen through the cracks” or which may need a secondary review.

I posted in this thread because my ticket was nearly over 1 month old. I got no reply in this thread, and I still got no human reply to my ticket days later. Meanwhile, I get to read here that it is really going forward with the queue. I highly suspect that my ticket or its content has never been read at all, and neither was my post in this topic.

I want to make you aware that I have a ticket open for a Tome of Influence that did not give me 1000 influence when I used on the first day of the Headstart. This is the same day I opened the ticket. I was understanding at first, because you first wanted to deal with hackers, but now it is simply borderline fraud to not provide me with an item I paid extra money for.

This will, for the record, be the third time I provide a community official with my ticket number, as I once brought my problem to light in a reddit thread and I was asked for my ticket number. I got no response, and just assumed they were busy. I posted earlier here in this thread, and got no response again. So, here it is again, for the third time:

The Tome of Influence I bought with the Digital Deluxe Edition did not work and never gave 100 influence. So far I only got one automated reply.

Opened a support ticket on Day One of the Headstart launch that my Tome of Influence did not award any influence. No response yet, and no influence added to guild.
