For pure support staff ele, I think you have a pretty sexy build, especially 20 in earth for group stability and blasting staff. The only thing it really lacks is crit dmg and crit chance. You dont really need 30 in arcane imho. You could take 10 out of it and put it in the air trait line and be doing a lot more dmg without losing much in the way of survivability. It also wont hurt your buffs as most of your buffs come from making fire, water, and electric fields from others to blast from.
This build is what I use for both s/d and for staff in wvw. The only change I make is for s/d I change the air 30 trait to “fresh air”.

my build is very similar to yours, but I often zerg so I use blasting staff and sigils of fire and earth. Aslo I use a scepter and dagger both with bloodlust to quickly build full stack, then change them out to an S/D with accuracy and force. I am pretty lazy so I rarely change my slot skills from sigils to cantrips when going from zerging to roaming. The air XII trait in my build is where I have fresh air. Great video, you are very good at using all the skills at the right time. The sigil of generosity is actually super good now that necro’s have chains so I may eventually change to it.

Scepter Dagger Conditions

This is the way I play Asura S/D elementalist. Reduce dmg taken by team, increase dmg given by team. (don’t go all power as your damage wont make up for the combined damage your team could be doing)

Team Damage:
At 25 points in air you get a passive that causes 60% of critical hits to cause vulnerability and it stacks duration, so not only your dmg is increased but so is your teams. And with earth spells on =20% cool down, and earth 1 shooting 3 shots, you will keep up a high stack of vulnerability. Use signet of earth for higher crit chance.

For additional team dmg 15 in arcane gives additional might stack on attunement, so
change to the fire line and do the standard might combo DT>RoF>P change to earth line EQ>CE then fall back and apply/keep applying signet of fire for constant burn (use earth line XII to keep up crit chance), attack 1 in earth line to start stacking bleeds and vulnerability.

For team protection:
The 15 points in arcane will give Protection to your team when you changed to earth in your combo.
If you are Asura, then after finishing your combo you apply radiation field. It causes poison and weakness (endurance regeneration decreased by 50%; 50% of Non Critical hits are glancing blows (50% damage); stacks duration)

Just want to say thank you to the Devs for making Gw2. It really does a great job on every aspect of the game. Crafting is actually useful and interesting, dungeons are hard enough to require smart players, but no so impossibly tough that only players with perfect gear can beat them.
Only existing thing I think needs improving is that WvW often turns into zerg fests, but I don’t know how that could be improved on (sorry). The jump and hidden areas are really an amazing aspect that so many other MMO are lacking. Making legendary items actually hard to get is also really great. The player customization and skills make it so there is no best or only 1 way to play each profession. And the traits are really well thought out so that they complement weapon skills and racial abilities. I cant imagine trying to create so many aspects and have them all work together so well, but you guys have done a really amazing job of it.
The only thing I have not seen yet that might be a big positive is a monthly world boss spawn. Could be a dungeon that combines all worlds for a gigantic battle. Maybe you already have them (have only been playing about 3 weeks).
