All the suggestions are good and appreciated, but it’s not just the Elementalist, I’ve built a Warrior, Necromancer, Engineer & Ranger and they all went through the same thing. Please don’t think I’m winging cause I’m not, I’m just making a suggestion in the hope that the creators of the game might go a little easier on players that aren’t that skilled at building characters as other players.
Leveling up the character more before going further is an excellent suggestion and one I’ve done myself more than once, and it works quite well, to a point, I still got my butt kicked. That is until I learned how to make better armor and weapons and spent a little gold on the best Runes and Sigils I could get. It really pays to spend time going through all that’s available to get in the Black Lion Trade Co. :-)
