Thats a pretty good read and im curious myself.

With the new Adrenal Health, you can probably afford to activate your healing signet more often now since you can keep a decent regen effect on. Could it be possible that he was running rune of the revenant? Thats about 8 seconds of regen on a 16 second CD. Throw in berserker stance… shrug it off… and CI. But I doubt he had both of the latter.

Really interested. But I can see why he probably wouldnt want to share.

I don't like the defy pain change.

Helps noobs like me who instinctively smash the “Endure Pain” key at low percents, wasting Defy and Endure.

And probably because sometimes when you take a hit at about 26 percent (or a big burst from any percent), the defy pain activates after the damage. So if you drop to 15, your defy starts there. I guess it improves your chances.

I guess.

But this does make it seem like its more offensive than defensive now.
Also would have liked them to make Defy give resistance as well, but then that would make the trait OP.

Damage is fine on warrior. Surviving a burst is fine. The problem is how easy it is to be soft CC’d as a warrior. Cripple, chills, blinds, etc. Condi clearing is okay but surviving continuous condi burst is hard.

I think they should make redesign some warrior things to be resistance instead of condi clear. Being able to keep lots of resistance up means blinds and chills arent much of a problem. But it still has good counter play while making blind spam less effective. I’ve been running condi zerker because it sorta solves that problem. Berserker stance to try to get close and do damage. Torch aoe pulses and gets rid of my blind.

Another problem is team support. I think banners should be redesigned from being bundles to being activated and making you a walking banner. Maybe put the banner on your back or something so you pulse boons or effects and you can only have one. Maybe a banner clears condis every X amount of seconds to people in range passively. Maybe one pulses healing. And when they expire maybe they cripple in AOE. Not sure what to do about elite banner though. I can see that idea messing with that (I like my AOE revive…)

Also… I want an elite shout or stance. Rampage I guess is a stance…

Maybe make an elite shout that revives and make warbanner pulse stab to everyone in aoe. Then i’d have the role of giving everyone stab on a point.

Make Skull Crack have berserker primal animation.

All I can think of is warrior for those.

Warrior Axe 5/GS 3 for first and Hammer burst for second. Or Warhorn being part of the CC rotation with WH5.

Or Guardian Hammer 2.

Engie im thinking bomb kit with magnetic bomb into big ol bomb. Curious to know whats gonna happen with shield blast finisher. Do they come toward you or get knocked away first?

Off hand focus.

Skill 4 EMP – 1s Stun
Skill 5 Overload – Grant Swiftness and Quickness

And then make the new skills work like mantras that change the first 3 skills on the pistol. So toggling one on would make the first 3 pistol skills different… maybe have them less on the condi side and more on the damage side. The next would be more on the CC side and the last could be support.

Damage:
2. Pulse shot – Something like the Battlefield Soldier’s version of the concussion shot in ME3
3.Undermount – It’d be odd to have a pistol with an undermount, but if a pistol can be a blowtorch, we can all pretend that a pistol can fire a grenade with a delayed explosive. Or maybe a sticky grenade with an aoe explosion. And make it a skill shot.

CC. 2. (I’ve got nothing.)
3. Ice Flare – Replace the normal pistol 3 with an AoE blind and slow/chill

Support. 2. Anti-Virus – Clear 2 conditions in a cone in front of you
3. (I’ve got nothing here either)

(By the way I hate the focus skins. I just thought the idea was cool. My vote is for mace but i’ve got no ideas for that)

Stuck In Norn Starting area

Myself and a few other Norn players are stuck in the tutorial. reloading didnt help and we cant progress because the gate is shut (and has been for almost half an hour). I used some tomes on this warrior to unlock savage leap and hopped over the side. Up top, Issomir is dead and Eir is stuck inside of him. The event wont restart, send help!

Probably one of my favorite specs so far. Im probably in the minority that like traps but I like catching people with the elite trap followed by the blade one for my own personal ‘kill blender’. Knights Zerker gives me a good bit of dps and I can usually get a good chunk of damage out of them. Its pretty fun. The only real issue I have is that Longbow 5 doesnt always function how its supposed to.

When im a different level from the enemy or any kind of uneven territory, there are times where the arrows dont do damage, and the only damage I get would be the last hit (which, when this happens, gives me a large number like 4-7k). It rarely happens but its happened a few times when I got the ‘kill blender’ and messed me up some

Transportation Kit-

1. Teleporter Entrance that acts as a static field / Pick up Entrance
2. Teleporter Exit also a static field / Pick up Exit

The idea would be a one way teleporter so it wouldnt be as good as mesmer’s ports.

3. Telefrag – 1 second AOE stun.
4. Overload – AOE blind and knockback
5. (Cant think of a name) – Gives protection to anyone exiting the teleporter

Toolbelt – 1s Distortion (with an extremely long CD)/ Detonate Teleporters (Blast)

Already have a turret and dispenser, might as well go for the full TF2 engie set up.
