forgot to mention, I have this problem for at least one week but I did nothing except reporting it as it recommended, restarting the PC if the problem wasnt there

hi guys,

I want to ask if this happened to somebody and what should I do to solve this problem because some kind of serious error prevents me from playing or even loading the gw2.

I am asking you because I dont know what to do and another solution might be just to reinstall the software. Should I do that? Wont I loose anything in game?
