Yes I’m frustrated. I’m also insulted that my money seems to be worth less than someone else who wasn’t smart enough to secure their account.

Okay, this pisses me off. Do you know anything at all about how people are getting hacked? Do you really think all these people are clicking phishing emails or using “1234” for their passwords? “Smart” has nothing to do with the hacking issue in a great many cases I’ve seen posted. I realize you’re angry – so am I – but your entire tone is insulting to everyone with an outstanding ticket atm.

Not sure about that. I assumed I could see my GW2 Serial Key in my account somewhere but there is nothing useful at all. I don’t leave game serials lying around aging in an inbox.

I would also like to know this. I would like to update my ticket with my serial number but I cant find it anywhere in my inbox or any other sub folder? I probably deleted it after applying it to my account so that THIS wouldnt happen.

I played all morning. Go to the beach with my kid and wife and now my account is permanently banned? I barely even chat in this game to anyone but my friends. I assume I was hacked. Have yet to receive a response on my ticket.
