@Yamsandjams – Thanks for the advice so far, it is extremely helpful. Since I do not have enough currency for the PVT armor, I can either go with +healing power +power +toughness as displayed in my link or I can go with +precision +power +toughness

Which do you suggest?

I am interested in strictly WvWvW and plan on being front line with an organized group. I was wondering if this spec is viable. I realize PVT is the best gear for front lines but do not have enough currency to create an entire suit so I went with +healing power +toughness +power from the trading company
