could it be SLI then

Is everyone that’s having bad FPS, using AMD CPU and or AMD video cards? Or older systems.

Well I fixed my AMD FX CPU problem, I have a FX 8120 running @ 4GHZ and I have a 560 ti running @870, 2100 and 16GB of ram, 500GB and 1TB hard drives and 550watt XFX True Watt Power Supply.

Running those settings I’m getting 30fps+ in a large event group and 45+FPS in the city and 60+ FPS out in the world. Right now I am running it on my 1600×900 Monitor but I am going to hook it back up to my 55’ LED HDTV when I get home. I will update this post with the 1920X1080 Rez FPS.

P.S. I don’t do PVP!

Im so happy I never bought a cheap crap AMD CPU and or a ATi Video card. Nvidia and intel all the way. You cant go wrong with the best.

i get 92 fps on all high settings

Could we get some way of too make sure were close enough that our charge hits mobs. Like in wow the number would be red on the attack if we wernt close enough to the target and would turn white when we were close enough. This is a big problem with attacks that have a cd.

My support Account isnt working. I try to log in and i get error saying “The username or password you entered is incorrect or your account has been disabled.” I
had my user name sent to me. When i ask that my password be sent. I never recieve the email and I check my spam. the email should be going to robertshipley@powerc.net

Intel i7 920 @ 3.4
ASUS p6t Deluxe v1
6GB Corsair Dominator ram
Nvidia 570 Sli with 306.2 beta drivers
Crucial M4 64GB SSD with 20 gigs free
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 (fresh install about 2 weeks ago)
All my drivers are up-to-date

My pc should dump all over this game.

I can play skyrim maxed with 8Q multisampling + 8x Sparse Grid Supersampling @ pretty much constant 90fps with vsync on.

I dont like beta drivers have you tried installing the latest driver for you Video card NOT beta

Please everyone thats having in this problem post the specs of their PC. Say if its a desktop or a laptop. Maybe we can find if you guys are having lack of a desktop powerfull enough to run GW2

Also have you tryed cleaning your PC.

I am not having the problems you guys are having but maybe we can get you going and having fun

I am not having the problems you guys are having but maybe we can figure this out and get you going.

If you can afford it buy a Nvidia video card. AMD has had a lot of problems with games lately.

I have the same fps problem, I have seen others having problems with their gfx cards being stuck on 2d mode but that’s not my issue. Lowest setting @ 1024×768 my sli 570’s cannot hold 60fps and both cards usage is only 10-20% and the frames are not holding. I cannot play until this is sorted.

Have you tried running it on just one GPU? I’ve read that some folks only seem to have the issue in SLI mode

Could you please post the specs of your PC and what OS your using (Operating system)

How much space is on your hard drive etc..

ROFLMFAO, there is absolutely no way anyone should need to reformat their hard drive or re-install windoze to play this game or any other game.

Yes there is over time your OS becomes corrupt.

Installing updates that you dont need to also messes up your OS.

Make sure you dont have update auto, I have had alot of problems with this.

Malware and other programs can mess up your OS.

From uninstalling software, or a bad program you installed etc… and many other things that can go wrong.

This takes along time to get, to the point I was at. I hope it doesnt take me that many, knowing my luck it will.

The battle for Fort trinity is bugged.

I completed all the tasks and when I got to the part take back Fort Trinity docks all the enemies are either marked as non hostile (yellow lettering) or have a white lettering . I kill some and then the ones in white lettering come up to the dead and revive them. The Risen Knights keep coming to the keep over and over again. None of the NPC’s will follow me but Traheame.

I messed up bad could i get a item restored please. I bought a 2 handed rare sword and I thought the trasmute changed the appearance of an item not the stats. Could u guys undo what i did please

I had to stop crafting it takes too long and the cost is too high at the moment. I do still harvest and sell on Trading post. I will continue crafting after I hit 80. Because the amount of copper ore is 10 to make 1 bronze bar.
