This Feature WAS available during Beta but later removed due to processing load.

The Trading post is unusable since megaserver i cannot buy Gems or spend the $100 in gems i bought last week.

I have been working on this achievement diligently since the start of the story and there have been numerous times like these documented that i did not receive the achievement when earned. I will admit that 95% of the time i am forced into overflow instances that have no chance to complete the achievement because players are either unable to recognize that they are not doing damage, doing other things while farming for the chest rewards, or just plain afk. Other times the soft cap on a server is reached and an insufficient number of players are distributed in order to kill even 1 of the knights. Clearly some achievements are designed to reward lazy and cautious players who only care for loot and not the achievements and those that allow for afk farming.

But why would you design achievements that punish hard working characters, that actually care to play the game, by making it impossible to earn achievements because of other players that have no interest in doing the same.

This is even worse than punishing players that play more often than others, by creating a diminishing return algorithm on rewards, that punishes players who enjoy playing in these same events for hours on end.

it is time to reward players that contribute to an event and activity and not to just rely on a lottery system to gain rewards (Some people can play the lottery and never win in 1000 years) Some people are ANTI-LUCKY and will never win a reward ever. there needs to be a way to craft or buy (and not on the TP) the power cores needed for back items by just participation in the combats.

and moreover Reward Players for BUGGED Achievements.

I have been doing this event for 2 days and have not had credit for any of the successful kills i am with the group i contribute and we kill all 3 knights in the proper time and NOTHING…

The Time is 3:02 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2013 AFTER THE UPDATE that is suppose to : “Fixed a bug preventing some players from unlocking the WvW Dawn of the Season achievement.”
I entered WvW in the hopes that i could get the achievement and LO and BEHOLD nada nothing ziltch LIES all LIES …….

I Completed the Tower of Nightmares Diver Achievement but it resets every time i enter an instance ;(

This bug only occured for me after i completed the:
Daily Mists Camp Capturer – 3 (duplicated? :S)
Daily Mists Camp Capturer – 3 (duplicated? :S)

I usually do my pve and spvp dailies first thing so i can spend the rest of the night with one of my guilds in WvW.
I was able to view, manipulate, and alter my daily list until i joined into WvW and took the 3 camps necessary for that daily.
After that point the Clicking on the daily list Froze the game and required a Ctrl-Alt-Delete, pulling up the Task Manager and ending the Gw2.exe *32 process.
This bug continues to occur on any other character on the same account once the WvW Camp Capture Achievement is met.

I did salvage a few hundred rare and exotic items after the patch and also did not receive any Dark Matter.

All the crafting recipes for the removal of Magic Find is currently Bugged since the last update DO NOT CRAFT until there is a new update all items will be account bound.

I crafted 53 Pillaging Student Gloves when i meant to craft 53 Hunter’s Student Gloves…
now i have 53 gloves meant for the trading post, now account bound in inventory and useless to me…. I used Hunter’s Wool Insignias and received the wrong item as a result.

Errors like this can be common. Usually point towards something in the game data being corrupted.

Try this:

1) Exit the game
2) delete the file C:\Users\<username>\My Documents\Guild Wars 2\local.dat
3) log back in

if that doesn’t work:
1) Exit game
2) run the game with the -repair command (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments)
3) log back in.

I’ve done all of the above to no avail…
All other aspects of the game and all 17 other characters are running properly it is only an issue with a single character that entered the portal to fort trinity from the order of whispers instance… That Single character of my 18 characters causes the game to crash after failing to load. This is My Main Character with close to 4,000 hours of play and development.

as a last resort i deleted the .dat file and am reloading it Cross your fingers.

I entered the portal to Fort Trinity from the Order of Whispers Headquarters, That character is now unable to load and is unplayable,,,And it is my PRIMARY Character ;(

Well i had to receive and delete mail on 18 different alternate characters with invitations to several multiple various different events… and the mail finally popped on a toon i never use in WvW ;(. Now the item is going to be soulbound to a character that will never use it…
1) Mail items should be account bound
2) Mail with items should be account wide

My mailbox is empty on my main character.

I have not yet received the WvW XP booster ;( is the mail queue still running?
and i now wonder what other mail i have not received….

I often had this problem during BETA when doing screenshots for the WIKI. There is a Cool Down period when submitting numerous (or the same with a different name) character/s within a certain time period. just take a breath and have a sip of water and don’t spam the create key too often, pace yourself and you won’t get the error. You don’t have to restart creation, just let the submit Queue cool down before hitting submit again.

That statement is not entirely accurate. At Least once before they stealth repaired the bug 5 minutes before reset so that only 1 (ONE) Single player received the achievement points and no other player did. Other times they have stealth repaired bugs or errors and never announced the repair and a very limited number of players received several Achievement points that no others were aware of or able to earn at the time or ever. I know of several instances where players have gotten Achievement Points Unfairly due to Bugs or Resets or changes to the Daily/Monthly requirements. If this continues to occur the Leaderboard will be just a Public Relations Scam and not legitimately worth pursuing. As it is New Players to the game are Misrepresented and unable to compete due to the Daily and Monthly Points. Daily and Monthly Points should be Listed Separately. Example : "34 Rudhraighe.9754 4079 (9079) Jade Quarry " where the daily and monthly points are in the ( ) after the base Achievement Points. This way players new to Guild Wars 2 , Can Actually Compete on the Leaderboards for Base points and older players recognized for Overall Points. This is unimportant Still Due to the Massive number of un-repaired bugs and unresolved issues with numerous achievement points (Hobby Dungeon) and other game bugs that need to be addressed before any new content is added.

Some commonly missed areas are
MAPPING NOTES:
Maguuma – Brisban Wildlands (Aurora’s Remains) / Sparkfly Fen (Shimmerstone Cave)
Shiverpeak Mountains – Lornar’s Pass (Griffonrook Run)

It seems that the fix for this didn’t or isn’t regular but a manual thing it would be easier to just delete Crab Toss from the daily rotation permanently PLEASE !!!!
PS. i still have not gotten credit for past broken days, when will these be awarded?

what is even worse… when they apply the manual patch, there is no notice or announcement that they have done so and you can never tell when they fix it…

This was fixed 5 min before reset on June 1 and a very few players managed to get the Achievement point unfairly! It continued to function until after reset today June 2.
I won 3 Games after the reset and did not get the daily or the associated Achievement point yet again! PLEASE remove this activity from the Daily’s and all associated Achievement points earned while it was Broken. Players Consider it an Exploit when other players gain an unfair advantage due to Poor Programming. As if being forced to play this game every single day to get all the daily achievements wasn’t bad enough, now it doesn’t even work. Crab toss is the worst thing to ever happen to the daily rotation. I was praying it would be removed with the monthly reset, and I’m hoping that has something to do with it, because I’m sick of playing it.

After 2 wins still no daily… i’m not happy being forced to do this as a daily… and after 3 hours…

After no real instruction and no tutorial and 5 matches,.. I actually won a game of Crab Toss and did NOT get the Daly…

Hi, I’m apparently in the top 100 of the leader board BUT… My Hobby Dungeon Explorer achievement points seem to have been bugged for quite some time now. Is there any hope or discussion on getting this (if it hurts the players it’s a “Feature”) {if it benefit’s the player it’s a bannable "EXPLOIT"} programming ERROR fixed please? I know it wasn’t on the list of top 10,000 things to fix,… but because of the new leader board you are currently reporting erroneous information to the world. Please fix all the Achievement point calculation errors soon or at the very least remove the leader-boards until you have done so. Sincerely,

Breathing apparatus ?

I start to heal an NPC and just before i finish another player joins in and i do not get credit. it’s bad enough they did not admit that combo’s are broken, just removed the daily for it, but now that the heal is a daily and it’s more than clear that it too is broken.

I can re-achieve The Weapon Master and the Slayer titles easily enough, but Gold Hoarder, and Pumpkin Carving are going to be a real serious GRIND please restore those 2 on my account.
