Leader of The Royal Circle[CIRC]
Gerlik-80 Theif
Just noticed a bug with the wording of a trait on Warriors.
Hovering over “Warrior’s Sprint” under the Discipline trait line, the wording says “You move faster while wieding melee weapons.”
Like I said, not a big deal. Should be put on the bottom of the to-do list, but at the same time could be fixed easily.
I was just trying to join the story of SE and a prompt came up with the error code 19:9:18:1607:101.
Most people have a good guess to if a certain item will drop or skyrocket.
Thanks
I am assuming this is still bugged? Would of hoped it would be fixed by now…
Definitely still bugged. The community is trying really hard to get an official response back from an ANET Developer, but I believe they are just ignoring this subject for reasons I don’t know.
Bumper cars are incredible!
Well since I’ve been playing on my laptop for the past couple of months and I am unable to play on Medium settings without dropping my framerate to 15-20, I decided to start saving up to build my own rig. I am almost there to having all the money required, but I would like to know if this build is good? How will it run? What can I run? Any changes I need to make?
Thank you,
Herlik

We need to get this back to the top, so the developers can finally fix it.
Okay, I usually never get on the main forums, I just lurk… but this is different.
I have been trying to run a dungeon for the past 2 hours after getting off a long day at work. All I want to do is play some Guild Wars, chill out, drink a beer, kiss my girlfriend and grind for my legendary. This is not happening for me at the moment.
I have asked many players, including my guild if they are experiencing the same problem, just to make sure that it’s not my connection, etc. They have all said they are experiencing the same problem such as constant disconnecting, rubberbanding mobs & players. Rather an unplayable game.
I do spend money on the Trading Post because I admire and support ArenaNet as a company and in return I get to play one of the most incredible games I have ever touched, but right now this is not possible due to the reasons stated above.
If anyone else has these issues, comment below and let ArenaNet know.

I have been away due to family holiday, but now I am back and ready to roll! This shows that we understand that you have many things in your life to take care off, so if you are in the guild, just let us know on the guild website that you will be away for a while. We won’t mind that much… maybe just a little.
This just popped into my head because I was thinking of all the guilds I used to be in, until I created my own. The guilds that I am referring to have always had the people that want to start drama and cause arguments within the guild. It is extremely hard to deal with these kind of people without resorting to the last measure which is kicking from the guild. I believe that there should be a power that let’s the Leader or Officer or whomever that has the power, to mute and or suspend the player in the guild for a certain period of time because of their disruptive behavior. This would work just like the Guild Wars 2 suspension, though only that the Leader or Officer can set the time for the suspension.
I believe that this would help the Guild Leaders or Officers tremendously.

Hello everyone, my name is Herlik. I have recently decided to take the journey of starting my own guild, which I have. I have named it The Royal Circle[CIRC] and this guild is in Blackgate. With this I also have made a website for the guild, social media pages and soon will have a Youtube as well. This is a lot of work for one person, and this is why I ask this question. How do you recruit players to a new guild? What do I need to do?
Many people have asked me why I just don’t join another guild. The answer to that is I don’t know. If other people can do it, why can’t I? Right?
Here are details for people about the guild:
Hello everyone! I am RussNazz and I am looking for players to help me start a guild. If you are willing to take the challenge and help out and become part of the new and growing guild, then send me a PM/Whisper/Mail-in-game to Herlik or RussNazz.4728.
Bump.
We now have a working guild website. We are looking far and wide for applicants.
http://theroyalcircle.enjin.com/home
We are a very new guild that originated from Blackgate. We will continue to server Blackgate as long as this guild lives. We are continually expanding to reach new heights, upgrades and waypoints. We help one another in a manner that welcomes you to a family. We enjoy having the constant battle of being new, but as long as I live, I will make this guild renown and from the help of the members and officers, we will conquer Tyria.
If you are currently looking for a guild and this is in your corner, contact Herlik in-game via mail. I will get back to you in a couple of hours, if not less.
Thank you.
What type of food should I be using for a Bunker build?
Thank you.
I am considering playing an Elementalist after playing my Warrior for about 4 months now. He has been my main and I’ve never strayed away to any other class, but now… it is getting boring for me to play my Warrior. I’ve always wanted to try an Elementalist, but I feel like if I do play it, it will feel “weak” or slow compared to a Warrior in PvE/WvW. What does the Elementalist do exactly? Is it Damage? Support? Both? I understand it depends on the build, but let’s forget about builds right now and focus on the core of the class. For example; a warrior is mainly for damage, while the guardian is mainly for support. Where does the elementalist lay?
Thank you.

I am glad you posted this. Having played in tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3, I can say the biggest difference is definitely our commanders. Our commanders are the best of the best. I have seen people in LA mistakenly assume it is just stacking, calling for might, and charging in. It is just sad how wrong they are, as they are missing out on the strategy and counter-strategy that really makes wvw enjoyable. I have gotten to follow a number of absolutely excellent commanders, and they are very impressive. They manage the map, control where their enemies go, beat larger groups consistently and evolve the strategy of the game with their different ideas. The current strategy relies on a heavy warrior presence, we will see where it goes from here.
The lower tiers like to claim they have better roamers, but I have played against them and they are simply incorrect. In the lower tiers being a “skilled roamer” counts as being a person in a 1v1 build trying to hunt down someone in a team build en route to their group. In T1 we have roamers that can smash entire small groups by themselves, and survive encounters with the mega blobs we have here. When I played on JQ there was a thief who would flip all the camps on the map right before the tick… I don’t recall anybody ever stopping him. I ran into him a few times when groups of players were trying to chase him down, but he either won the fight or chased them off every time. There used to be a few groups completely dedicated to fighting drastically larger numbers, and they were successful – not because the larger number groups were playing very poorly, but rather because the small groups played very well.
You were also dead on about the lag. An FA player expressed it well in a reply, you can literally feel the lag as a zerg is coming. JQ and BG run in full map zergs drastically less often then SoR NA, but all three servers do it. When we are running our nightly raid, our commander will frequently call out “lag… sor zerg is here.” He is correct 100% of the time. I have been in a few SM fights where all 3 servers brought the majority of the players on the map to battle it out in the center… it is awful. Some abilities stop working completely, getting proper fields and blasts is incredibly difficult, and players teleport all over. I feel like the lag has improved a lot lately, but it still has all these problems, just less often and to a lesser extent.
Edit: This isn’t to say that while on lower servers I didn’t meet excellent players. I met a lot of great players. Almost all of them ended up transferring to tier 1 for more good fights, though. It also is not accurate that all tier 1 players are better. I do think that there are more skilled players in tier 1, but there are also more players in tier 1 in general.
This is exactly why I made a thread about asking which top tier server is better for me. People think that I am “bandwaggoning” because I want to join a number 1 tier server, but this is not the case, I just enjoy up scaled battles that require large amounts of players, plus I like to be able to play PvE without having to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up.
Russ IoJ has a lot of active players in WvW as for PvE you can guest to any server. I’m not too sure but you might just be the problem….or you just want an excuse to bandwagon. To each their own I guess.
I do understand why you might say this and why you might think this, but this is not the case with me. I am not bandwagoning because I want to be on the server that is top tier or currently winning, my goal is to have a lot of players to interact with and have a conversation with rather than having to spend 30 minutes finding someone.
I would appreciate it if you didn’t try to categorize me.
Okay, now their is people coming from Blackgate and I am currently debating between BG and SoR. Any more opinions and feedback would be appreciated to help me pick a server. Thank you
If anyone has any insight on this question as well, please let me know.
Q: Do you think that SoR has a much more active PvE community than IoJ?What kind of pve are you taking about?
Dungeons are cross server. Open world? No clue, you can guest to any server you want In NA and check right now if you want. Feel free to do that.
Open World, World Bosses and of course Dungeons. I would, but I need to wait 15 hours before I can guest to another server.
If anyone has any insight on this question as well, please let me know.
Q: Do you think that SoR has a much more active PvE community than IoJ?
Hello everyone,
I am currently in the Isle of Janthir server and mostly doing WvW. It’s my life. Since I started and bought this game about 1 month ago I decided to go with IoJ because it seemed like a good server. As time went by and doing WvW and other activities, such as dungeons and Fractals, I’ve noticed that IoJ is really not that populated, which is why I am asking which of the top tier servers I should transfer to in your opinion. I would like to have a ton of people to play with in WvW and PvE as well.
Thank you
Edit: After seeing all the posts, I am currently thinking about SoR, since I checked out their community website and it seems well organized, as well as many daily events that are held.

Newly formed guild in Isle of Janthir.
We are growing rapidly and swiftly and always on the lookout for players that are willing to do the work that Tyria throws at them. We are the vigilantes of this server, which means we do the work that no one else is brave enough to do. If you are interested, contact me on here or in-game(Resilt) for more information.
Pretty much the title. Let me know what I need to join the guild.
Thank you very much.
