Please, is there any chance this item will be again available in gem store? Since I started playing and realized it’s no longer here, i’ve been hoping it will return one day. So, was there any confirmation it will not return or should I still hope?

Already posted some of the combos:

“Feel the Burn!” or Wildfire + Blinding Ashes is a massive AoE Blind
Cyclone + Lightning Rod = Good damage on multiple foes + weakness + control
Lots of support for Auras making an Auramancer viable In general there are lots of combos in Tempest with the old traits, which is good.

Ok, maybe you are right. There are some combos, but they are weak.
That combo with Blinding Ashes, I can do almost the same with Flame Burst, Drake’s Breath, etc. + The damage is much higher with much lower cd and I don’t have to sacrifice a lot of useful traits.
Combos with Lightning Rod are interesting, but I don’t know why we have to take it, when we can take Fresh Air or Bolt to the Heart, which are much stronger. Even if I take it, still staff is the king of CCs.

I think it’s clear how the damage is when we saw how they were killing Svanir at PoI (or how Svanir was killing them). Even if the damage will be higher, traits are still terrible (+ many other things like Elite shout). There is no trait that modifies damage. So if we tell devs that something’s wrong, chances that something will change are higher.

Maybe fits theme, maybe not. Still it’s an awful weapon. It upsets a lot of people that tempest gets it, including me. But at least we can hope that they will keep the sword for some future elite spec like this

I like overload animations. That’s all.

Yeah this skill looks like one big troll. Elite skill that makes other elite skills better (If you can call 10-30 sec cd reduction better, when people usually, as mentioned somewhere, use elite skill in the right time and no automatically when cd is out)
This skill needs complete rework.

I like it a lot! Especially sword skills! Your ideas are much much better than that rediculous Tempest.
