I’ve had similar issues like this when some items disappear after porting out of FoTM. My most recent one was about 2 weeks ago. I had gotten an exotic armageddon armor piece (account bound) from jade maw’s chest, but after leaving the fractals lab, it had disappeared. I’m not asking for reimbursement. I’m just sharing my experience to report that and it may be something to look into.

I have completed every single achievment in the special event tab for the Mad king. The Emissary of the Mad King is still stuck on 4 / 5. Several other people have obviously reported this problem. My real question is if we are missing something not shown or if this is just a glitch when it is fixed do we recieve the title and experience for attaining this title?

I am also having the same exact problem. I have tried zoning out of Lion’s Arch and back. I’ve also tried switching characters as well as restarting the client hoping that would fix it but it didn’t.
