same problem … on Miller’s Sound

Hello everyone…
I tried to sell my stuff in the TP but i cant anymore..
It tells me to upgrate GW at buy.guildwars.com…
I bought the game when it came out already.
So what is this?
Is it a bug ? can anyone help me please?

Is there a way to make the gamefixers fix the frozen maw?
scholar brogun is standing near the that icepiece and there is no way it can be destroyd.
he is standing there for bout 4 days now.
dunno if it is the case on all servers but on mine ( millers sound) it is..
please can u fix this problem?
