as the title states. when my elementalist health goes under certain percentage, pressing esc gives the effect that shows on the image attached, a long arrow thing pointing down goes up from heal skill. is this a bug? or can i fix this?
Still looking for an official answer – if we transmog our legendary, will the stats be upgraded when ascended weapons are released?
Ive been waiting for official ANET side answer too for this. alot of us transmuted thinking that any weapon with legendary name will get stats boost and not just the PVT ones and should be given a chance to get back to the original stats if only PVT stats will be upgraded when ascended weapons come out
