That was our guild meeting we had yesterday (See above for footage) – I’m not sure how some people think we were bots! I can assure you we were definitely not bots and we failed at syncing our dance more times than not! (Typing /dance * with the star gets you that synced dancing.) And our armour matches because all we did was take some Fiery Tonics and Ghostly Tonics! We were all on mumble/voicechat and having a good laugh about it and we were rushing around the place having some fun.

Ferrum Blacktide and I decided to start a guild of Commanders to begin the first step to better communication on this server. We’ve called it the Gates of Madness Alliance (GoMA). We now have about 18 commanders involved and plan to add every commander on the server.
Here are some of the things we hope to achieve (for starters):
- Better communication between commanders, both in and out of wvw. For example, this gives us a crossmap chat when we are out in WvW.
- At least weekly meetings for Commanders to discuss the weeks plan.
- A listing of commanders that is easily accessed in order to coordinate forces or call upon.
- Bringing all the commanders together to share tips, tricks and strategies as well as pitfalls.
- A way to bring new commanders up to speed faster.
- A simple way to accomplish communication for now to make it easier instead of signing up to websites, etc. etc. We need simplicity to get everyone involved for now.
- A way to share pie and punch.
We’re trying to start the first step towards improving our server. Help support us and don’t expect overnight miracles!
In the longer term, we will come up with plans of what needs to come next but hopefully this will start the ball rolling.
