Guild Wars 2

I just have to add to the happy here. I love GW2. The game itself is amazing from graphics to content. I am enjoying myself so much.

I LOVE this event. I had a blast hunting ghosts and wandering Lions Arch looking at all the work the Devs put into redoing it for Halloween. Mining candy corn is funny i just smile every time i see a giant piece of candy off in the distance. I love wandering from Haunted Space door to Haunted Space door solo or with a random guildie or group of people fighting/collecting whatever pops out.

Though of all the things that have me interested in this event. The thing i found myself loving the most is my witch costume. I love the look and come on i can hoover all over Tyria on a broom with a little black cat following me <3. Sure beats all the walking i have done so far.

Thank ANet for a wonderful game and a super fun event that so far is only 1/4 of the way to being finished (cannot wait for the rest).

I guess the title pretty much says it all huh? Well its true Im currently looking for a fun friendly guild to cure the solo wandering i have been doing. Ill admit it had its perks but solo wandering has served it purpose and am looking to enjoy all that Tyria has to offer with a great group of people.

I by no means am the best. I have only been playing MMOs for a few years. Was pulled into GW1 and loved it and now Im loving GW2. Have been here since the betas. I currently am on Sanctum of Rall and have a ranger at lvl 80 her name is Angelyne and a Guardian at 75 her name is Tessa Falt. I love to wander the beautiful landscape exploring and PVE. I have begun to venture into WvW, though Im still rather new at it. Have not yet tried the dungeons much but do look forward to them.

I try to play some during the week after work usually between 3pm and 9pm. Friday nights to Sunday afternoons are usually my most played times as I get to enjoy the weekends off. Anyways before i ramble I would love to be of help to any guild willing to have me.

@Glitch Thank you very much for the info. I may just try Sanctum when i get home. I mean as Lexy stated the transfer is free for the moment i would guess there is no harm in trying. I have also seen someone started a FC post, so it seems i am not the only one who has found it to be in not quite the best shape as far as community goes. That aside trying a new server couldn’t hurt anymore than running maps in silence. Only way to find out is try right?

@Autumn…i understand how you feel. I too am on FC. I have, for the most part, chalked up my finding no one to my odd work schedule and odd times during the week that i can play. Usually between 3pm and 9pm EST. I have seen the server become a little more lively at 830-9ish pm. My guess is school work, family time, work, and what-not are done for the day for most around then. I do know my schedule has a lot to do with why i dont see a lot of people on during the week and thats my problem ….. i just wish there was someone on to talk to or wander with. I love the game but playing solo has lost its thrill.

Oh by no means do i assume that going from an NA server to an EU server will find me more people to play along side with. For all i know i could just need a more active NA server (not sure of one). I do know my “play time” during the week will be an issue no matter which server i choose. FC seems to get active just about 830-9pm right as im going to bed to prepare for work (i imagine this to be true of any NA server with school, work, families, what-not to take into account). If i chose EU it seem i would be on during the tail end of their peak times. Though IMO even getting a few hours to be with active people and the chance to make friends seems to be a more enjoyable of a choice then running around with the groups of what i assume are bots, since they never talk, that run rampant when i am able to play. (not trying to make this one of “those” posts, just an observation)

I guess all i am trying to put out there is NA or EU it doesn’t matter much if i can find some to enjoy this wonderful game with. FC just seems so quiet or dead or dying or something. Its just not as active as i would wish it to be. I guess I am just looking for a server to call home with some good people to call friends.

Hmm…EU or NA i dont think that really matters much to me. I am trying to find some fun and excited people to play with. FC is quiet when im on and like i said the main tie for being there…..well anyway. Im willing to give it a try. As you said the transfer is free for the moment so whats the harm. . Maybe an EU server will have more people on when i am. (fingers crossed)

Additional Comments: I am quite shy at first but do tend to talk more once i get comfortable. I currently spend game time wandering aimless solo through the maps and am looking to change that since it has served its purpose. Tyria is big and beautiful I am just tired of wandering it in silence.
