“Just spent 2 gold on guild influence, didn’t receive any influence but still lost the 2 gold! this was working for me a few days ago when i bought just 100 influence for 20 silver but now its broken. Also tried buying just 10 influence for 2 silver but didn’t work ether :C”
I’m having the same problem, purchased the 2 gold item yesterday morning and it never showed up. There was an effect like a level up around me, it took my gold, but gave me nothing. Coincidentally, when I tried to use the guild bank afterwards, it gave me the error about not having a vault. I filed a bug report right away, but not sure if there’s really a place to file support tickets besides this.
