My ticket has been unresolved and its been 14 days. I really wonder if the devs and support staff where in our positions what they would do or how they would feel at the customer service we are getting if it was happening to them.

I posted a issue regarding the Gemstore on the 27th of last month and its now the 8th and I am still yet to get my issue resolved. How long should people expect to wait to get some assistance?
Im starting to lose faith that my issue will be resolved.
