well thanks for your reply, I thought about using the support system ingame, but the categories are just confusing, this is clearly a pve matter, but I don’t know what to select from there…
- as I stated that it happened before and most of the time I was unsure, if I had opened the chests by accident.
- yes the bouncy chest can open if you have too many, but that doesn’t mean the reward chests open in your inventory, it just sends the reward chest to it.
- nope, not afk, no little brother going at my pc

it’s kind of annoying. I sometimes don’t get enough reward chest, even though I complete all daily lvl 4 fractal tasks.
When I first noticed it, I thought I must be mistaken.
But I don’t think I am.
It doesn’t happen very often, but once in a while. And I please want the same amount of loot like everyone else.
Can you please look into the matter.
