Pretty sure (looking at your attunements and seeing that you can’t overload them) that you haven’t equipped your specialization in the BOTTOM slot. (It won’t equip in the other two, leading some people to think that it’s bugged.)

Not a bug, precisely, but something I’m hoping Anet will reconsider. I’ve been working on the Vigil backpack, and purchased my pact rations on a character who is in the Priory. The rations are soulbound, and I don’t intend on completing the Priory backpack for a good while. Please consider making these items accountbound, or allowing the Vigil vendors to exchange that one item with a character of any order!

Will it allow us to reduce waypoint costs in lower level areas? So often people are asking for help in map chat, and although WP costs aren’t prohibitive, if they were reduced in the starting zones (and perhaps the next tier,) I think that would be a little more incentive to help these people out.
