I recommend Greatsword and Sword/Focus. Greatsword allows you to keep range, and the 4 phantasm hits hard (does AOE) and cripples. Sword has 2 attack which hits pretty hard and gives invulnerability on a short cooldown. Focus gives you the warden, which does nice AOE damage and protects vs projectiles; it also gives you some speed via 4. I assume you are using minor sigil of bloodlust; it makes a big difference having your power from stacks.

Colesy. what if i use 10/10/25/25 instead of 0/20/25/25 because i feel that im losing quite a bit without empowered illusions. or Is it that important to get 20 in dueling for the bleed and pistol cooldown?

Perplexity rune seems to be the backbone of condition build, correct me if im wrong. But let’s say the rune gets nerfed in the next patch, how much would it impact the build then? .. Is there any other alternative?

I’m a new player, and just recently got my first character (mesmer) to lvl80. Your Lone Marauder build has been working extremely well to me so far, thank you . By the way, I’m quite interested with the power zerg build. Are you planning to make a video out of it by chance?
