An easy partially fix for bloodlust:

Make it effective only on the map it come from. When a team get a bloodlust on the green map, make the bloodlust working only on the green map. Simple.

Advantage:
- probably easy to afford
- reduce the imbalance for red map since no team will have bloodlust on red map.
- promote roaming on green and blue map.

Inconveniens:
Only a partially fix.

Sometimes ago, i had superior rune of Lyssa equiped for convert 5 conditions in boons on elite use. The cast time of SoR was frustating because of interrupts and damages ( X stack of burning for 1 sec could be mehh :p). It’s a pity cause i was not using berseker stance and that was nice

Anet could buff “superior rune of the warrior” to get the 5 sec swap CD. Maybe not the best fix but i guess that would give more diversity to build.
