This is the 3rd update for my ticket # 540907 and 558049 its been more than 2 weeks and the only answer i get is " UNDER REVIEW " with all due respect I have been patient but this is really getting annoying and i hope i get a better response this time. Ive been spending my time and money for this game i hope we get a better support and assistance not just a simple reply as under review for 2 weeks.

transmutation splitters

Well, I guess you shouldn’t have transmutated your legendaries on weapons you were using to level-up. From that moment onwards, they were no longer legendaries, just skins. And that’s all you have now. That’s not related to the hack so I highly doubt Anet will do anything about it, even if they could.

Still, isn’t the skin the most important part of the legendary? at list you have two, and a few precursors. You can look pretty for what it’s worth.

Bro whats important with legendary isn’t just about the skin its also about the fact that u can change the stat whenever u want.
A lot of people have this problem and i hope ANET will be considerate about this.

i dont have a transmutation splitter niether a ascended sword not only my bolt but also my rodgort that makes my two legendary in lowest stats. if i make the ascended sword it will cost me alot since i need to 500 my crafting + the mats.

Agree and not only that it will cost u alot again , but the fact that u cant change stats with ascended gear . My dawn transmuted into basic stats cant be used for sunrise in mystic forge which really is a painful. Thats 750g right there i’ m broke with crafting the legendary already..

Then, you can skin an exotic or ascended item with the look of Bolt. You may have lost the ability to change stats at will.

If Transmutation Splitters come back, that may (or may not) help you. The Devs announced some time ago, that you would need to use a splitter to separate high-stat items from white items before the patch.

Use a Transmutation Splitter on any transmuted items if you want to have access to the stats of both components. For example, if you transmuted a high-end piece of gear with a white item to get around soulbinding restrictions, you’ll probably want to use a Transmutation Splitter to retain the stats of the high-end gear, now that you’ll be able to give that appearance to any character on your account.

They have already removed the " transmutation splitter " in gem store before they posted that we need to transmute it back . I hope they send me a transmutation splitter or just minus it to my transmutation charges PLEASE i need to finish my sunrise dawn in basic stat

i have the same problem can ANET pls provide transplitter or use the trans charges to get back our original item. my light of dwayna and dawn is in basic stats because i transmuted it to basic gear for me able to move it to other toon long before the patch without knowing that the transmutation splitter is already removed in gem store pls help us ANET.

GM i need help with my transmuted Light Of Dwayna and dawn before the patch. I transmuted them into basic equipment for me to be able to transfer to other toons but now with the patch it totally became basic item . Please i need transmutation splitter hope u can help me . These items are worth more than 1000 gold
In the screen shot u can see that these items dont have a color border line same as a basic item .
