Command (bow): add remove all conditions

Shield
intelligent positioning of the shield near PG
reduce the size of the shield…similar to Sanctuary
Positioning faster
Duration: 20s to 30s
recharge: 60s to 50s
Command (shield): add vulnerability

I have an suggestion. Buy weapons and armor of the dungeon without Token.
People like me who can only play 2 hours in the evening and hates Dungeon, but would like an armor of a dungeon, is forced to choose between doing something that does not want to or do not have the armor.
As Ascendend, which can be bought in a variety of ways, we should be able to buy weapons and armor of the Dungeons.
