Come on ArenaNet. At least give us a “We’re aware of the problem and we’re working on it” just so we know you are actually aware of the problem. It’s been a whole day near enough now.

Same network error as everyone else when trying to log into my main who’s in Diessa. Can we get a little feedback about when to expect this problem to be fixed? It would take a few seconds to let us all know.

Am I the only one who finds the constant wolf howling and bear snorting sounds on character select and in game super annoying! Every 10 or so second the sound plays. It’s not even subtle either, it’s really loud. The only way to get it to stop is by turning environment sound down to zero which in turn means missing out on all the other environment sounds.

Please get rid of it. I’m close to just not bothering with the game at the minute it’s that annoying.

Informative? What was informative about it? The fact that they couldn’t use their own website or the bit about the BLTC being down with no known ETA that everyone knew about already? Hardly a post saying ‘Hey x is wrong with the BLTC and we’re not sure when it’s going to be fixed’ was it?

Anets inability to keep us informed is just making people agitated. If that’s how they want to treat us then fine, I’ll take my time to someone who knows how to treat it’s customers.

Maybe they should take a leaf out of Trion’s book of customer service skills. They might learn something. As it is, I hate being left in the dark. I’m slowly toying with the idea of putting this game to bed already. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PARAMOUNT!!!! Get that through your heads Anet.

Oh and stop using rubbish social networking sites for the mainstream of your update news. It’s beyond unprofessional.

So Anet when should I bother logging in again then? Tomorrow? Next week? when? I’m not playing your game when a fundamental game service that has a huge impact on mostly all of us has been down for a whole day.

Tell us what’s going on and when to expect a fix for the BLTC or face losing players. Simple.
