I’ve been having the same problem for the past week. I crash every day but in the past hour I haven’t been able to stay for more than 10 minutes.

I found this thread helpful (it’s from 11 months when there seemed to be another wave of similar crashes).

It suggests that it may be down to faulty memory and a dev explains why GW2 is more susceptible to crash when this happens than other applications.
I will try running memtest86+ when I get a chance, it may well be my hardware, but I’m not convinced that it’s just a coincidence that there seem to be so many people crashing after the last update.

I’ve crashed about 4 times in the past 10 months. But in the last two days I’ve crashed 6 times, with “serious file corruption error” messages. I spend more time “verifying and repairing data” than I do actually playing the game. I think you’ve messed something up with your last update.

Edit: ok, I can’t play for more than 5 minutes without crashing every single time. I’ll come back when you’ve fixed it.
