Vengeful Hammers? More like glass hammers!

Ok, first of all, I love the revenant. It has a lot of great skills and combinations. Making it very versatile. But when the skill Vengeful Hammers says “Unblockable”, I expect it to live up to that statement. If it can’t be blocked, then why are the hammers breaking when hitting mobs? They break when hitting terrain, structures, and yes ofc …mobs. And not just Champions or any other boss type mob. It’s even breaking against trash mobs. I’m trying to use my revenant for tanking but that seems nearly impossible if the one skill that continuously reduces damage by 20% is breaking so fast that there’s really no damage mitigation. And it says that they also reduce incoming condition damage by 20%. Well, just a little stroll through Silverwaste will make the design flaw shine. When encountering the vine like creatures, they emit a constant poison aura. I try to activate my hammers and poof …instantly broken. Leaving me standing there, taking the full poison damage and providing no benefit against mobs that I’m fighting within the event area. Because, the whole event is surrounded by a poison fog!

So come on now, Arena Net. Are you seriously going to give us skills that literally can’t even be used in regular PvE situations? If you’re going to ruin what could potentially be a great skill and reliable defense under heavy damage, then what’s the point of having it in the first place? I don’t want a skill that I can’t rely on. That’s like trying to cast a heal that suddenly won’t work because you’re taking too much damage or some other ridiculous mechanic. I say that this skill/bug needs fixed immediately. Until it is, I will consider the revenant as broken…

Annoying after dying and no radar

I don’t know about what anyone else thinks. But I feel that after I die in wvw that I might as well just quit playing and go to another game because I know its gonna take a few mins at least just to get back where I was. There’s rarely ever a waypoint where you need it. I feel that more waypoints should be put in wvw. Its just discourages me to keep playing after I die. And a lot of the time when I’m running back to the group, since there is no radar to see enemy threats on the map, I get ganked by a hoard of enemies. We can see our people on radar. How hard would it be to put the enemies on there too. I mean thats the whole purpose of radar. These things need fixed!

Its been kinda disappointing to me to work to get the rings I want and I keep piling up my bank with more rings that I can do nothing with. There should at least be a use in the mystic forge to attain a chance at a different ring like previously stated by Razariel. Would be great if they were salvageable too. So yes please tell us what the purpose is for these rings and/or what is in the works for us fractal ppl.

Fractals Difficulty

I personally think the fractals difficulty system is ok…but at the same time I think its still too difficult for many players. I think I’m pretty decent at my class (guardian) and I try to help others in my guild. We’re fairly new and many of my players aren’t top gamers. Because of this, we are having great difficulty completing the fractals. I don’t think it should be so hard that its no longer enjoyable for any lvl of gamer. And that same would go for all dungeons in my opinion. I know many players that’s had difficulty in the dungeons and can’t complete them or get kicked out of the party because they are the weakest link. The dungeons should be enjoyable for everyone of all skill ranges. And I think something needs to be set in place to help…..
