Thank you for your continuous feedback.
Thing is while you ask me to be careful making assumptions you make two humongous ones.
1) If it is a bug it’s an EXTREMELY rare one.

How do you know? Are you sure that most people even care checking when cancelling 500+ orders, for each one to be returned?

2)Even if it is EXTREMELY rare, it’s at best really difficult to replicate and therefore difficult to troubleshoot and resolve.

How do you know? Are you aware of the mechanics UI or tools that developers and/or GMs use to troubleshoot it?

3)When i wrote it’s not about the 30 or 100 gold i didn;t meant that these amounts are not troublesome. I meant it’s not about loosing once and in some way some gold, but the issue and the problem/bug that makes you loose whatever amount of silver or gold at any given time. This is the real culprit, not just a refund. You clearly made the assumption that 100 gold doesn’t matter for me.

4)This error was in no way ghost orders. I pointed it out many times but you continue on the assumption that it probably is. A very clever way to try to passively undermine someone’s point of view or even point out at an error of his judgement.

5) ArenaNet doesn’t give away gold, especially if it is in anyway somthing that can’t be proven or checked out first.

Thank you, i know that i will be cancelling my orders every 10 seconds now and ofc inform others to be careful of it too.

We’ll agree to disagree. Gm finally responded today, sending me 30g in the mail. Well nice of him but the issue remained unanswered.Is this a problem of trading post, a bug, some kind of server lag, or… Sending gold means they are aware of this happening but didn’t provide me with any kind of answer. I requested some kind of extra information on the matter, cause you obviously don;t realise how important this is. it’s not about the 30 or 100 gold. If there’s an issue for example, the trading post “lags” when fast canceling orders from time to time, it’s a VERY important one. It means people are loosing gold EVERYday, especially the ones that like to play the “auction house” game.

Thank you all i’ll provide whatever info i’ll maybe receive back from the GM.

Also it’s easy to stay cool when someone else’s having the problem.

Thanks though still, as they do not make exceptions about my possible personal problems, i shouldn’t make exceptions for them being understaffed or “too busy”.
Anyways the problem remains and it’s a very serious one. If even once it is proven that one can loose gold from trading post bugs or server errors it’s enough to prove that we all loose gold from time to time the same way. Pretty serious in my point of view.

Thank you. though i already used all possible means of contact, ticket, in game bug report and forum post.
Also not going towards you ofc but isn’t iit a bit Tragic waiting 3 days or more for support on a mmo in 2016?
Not pointing the usual fingers towards other known Mmos, but there if not in an hour you get a responce in 10 hours MOST.

While i get what both of you say, and thanks for the comments, one day later gold are still missing.
I didn’t use any kind of filtering Illconceived though. I had only buy orders for rare gear, nothing more, so i just cancel all of them every 6-7 hours and make new ones cause they are getting “buried” from other buy orders a lot.

And what’s worse is there’s no kind of contact from ArenaNet support. Nada. Not even the typical “we’re looking into it”.

Hello all, I’ve noticed it before but cause of the speed I was doing it I thought, maybe I was wrong.
Today at about 16:15-20 i was cancelling buying orders from the black lions trading post. The last 5-6 buying orders (stacks of rare gear 17-24 silver approximate each) didn’t return any kind of gold (before cancelling the last orders i had 227 gold pending withdrawal in tp and after cancelling the remaining orders i had same exact amount of gold), though i should have over a dozen gold more. Same thing happened yesterday, though after about 20 secs I got spammed by the incoming gold on the trading post, like it was “stuck” or lagged.

I sent a ticket too, but not too optimistic since i had similar problems in the past, where i got a “we can’t do anything about it” answer.

Anything similar happened to anyone else? I tried making new buy orders and cancelling maybe it was “stuck” like yesterday, to no avail… Tried a restart now too, nothing changed…

It’s frustrating cause i probably lost the profit of over 9 hours of salvaging in a matter of seconds.

Hello all! Well i don’t think you stumbled again in such a wonderful expression of a man’s intelligence :P

Long story short is that i’ve bought 2 heart of thorns expansion codes and a card for 2000 gems. So i had 3 unique codes, 2 expansion codes for me and my wife and a code for gems. I used the first expansion code on mine. Next day was going to use the second code on my wife’s account, but having both of them open in different internet browsers i did the mistake of adding the second expansion code on my own account again!!! The account page accepted it too, that’s the weird part, why would anyone use code for same expansion twice in his account?

Anyway i opened a ticket yesterday but till now no responce, i guess they are bombarded with emails now with the expansion. Thing is we were looking forward on playing together this weekend and now the weekend s almost over.

What i’m asking is the removal of second expansion code from my account and to be added to my wife’s account, before she divorce’s me!
