Guild Name: What Is This Nonsense [WitN]

I created a guild for myself and a few friends a few days ago. We are gaining influence normally, but I cannot spend it. The buttons are grayed out, despite having enough to buy certain upgrades. I also cannot edit the message of the day or ranks. All options are grayed out and unchangeable.

I was running a dungeon today (Twilight Arbor to be specific) when we had a member of our group leave the party, but not leave the dungeon. I went outside to search for a replacement and then couldn’t get back in because the previous party member was still there taking up a slot, even though he was no longer grouped with us. Our group was on the last boss of the instance, but ended up not being able to finish because of this.

There is also no report feature for this kind of behavior. He was rude throughout the run and seemed to be purposely staying in even though I’d politely asked him to leave.
