Even if you wanted some sort of measurement system, having a rank based one is utterly stupid since all it takes is time to rank up. You don’t need skill, knowledge, awareness, anything that the PvP community would value, to rank up.

Server specific forums for the use of recruitment would not be a priority while free server transfers are available. Once that period ends, I see it as something worth moving forward with it.

Actually, it seems extra important right now, while people still have the option of moving to the server that the guild they found is on.

I’m so tired of being hit by meteor shower, give everyone meteor shower or remove it from the game. One of the two, I don’t really care.

Bump because please make this happen. It would certainly help the lower ranked servers compete with the already established communities, I think everyone can get behind more competition and improved ingame communication.

There are only two tier 1 servers…

HoD and Vizunah.

BMW, Audi and Mercedes opened a couple of new factories on some God forgotten island in the Pacific. The Germans working in those factories receive a 1000 euros bonus a month if they do play GW2 on German EU servers outside EU prime-time.

Maybe it’s the moon nazis from the Iron Sky movie who are reliving the glory days in the virual world of GW2?

The simple and most reasonable solution is to throw all tier 1 servers into the same bracket so that any server that has a night time presence also faces servers that have night time presences.

Please, please enable this. It would help immensely with WvW coordination if we could get people into a coordination guild and see the guild chat without actually having to represent the guild. You already let us join multiple guilds, it makes complete sense to let us see all the guild chat channels at the same time and would only serve to further promote the server community centered experience you’ve got going.

A live, ingame chat is the ideal tool for relying information between a decentralised community of guilds and groups (Who already sit on separate voice servers) across several maps, and the functionality already exists ingame. You just need to enable it.

It also makes sense for non-WvW purposes, but is not the reason I post this and so I won’t elaborate further.

We’re Ventures and we are currently taking applications. We have two hardcore divisions, one for PvE, one for PvP, which we separate to make sure that those who wish to only do one can do so. We also have a Social division for people who we want to play with but who can’t or don’t want to dedicate themselves to the hardcore playstyle. As an applicant you will be choosing one but we naturally welcome PvX players to participate in both.

We play to win, we play to excel, our goal and what we strive for is being the best at what we do. At the same time we prioritze the atmosphere in the guild, we don’t want to be another guild who just faded away with time or as the next game came out. We are essentially trying to extend our group of friends with more people who dominate wherever they go.

We’re in a WvW alliance with some of the most renowned OPvP guilds in Europe and we regularly throw down with zergs several times our size and come out ontop. We are on a small server and rarely have queues that last for more than 10 minutes, as a result we usually lose out on points but we always win during primetime. As a guild we’re also looking at going into tournament play, if ANet builds on it and turns it into a more competitive scene it’s definitely something we’re interested in.

The PvE in GW2 is currently completely lackluster from a competitive viewpoint and so we’re not looking for players who only wish to do PvE right now, mainly because there’s nothing to do. PvX players are more than welcome to apply with us, as soon as ANet creates competitive PvE we will be going for it but right now we’re pretty much focused on PvP and so you should be as well.

They’ve already taken the step of adding more forums, and their game is entirely centered around the overall server communities. It makes complete sense to have server specific sections, in fact that’s probably more important than any of these other sections, bar support.

If only for recruitment purposes, this is essential. Please arrange it forum team, this forum will turn into a bump spamfest where finding a guild would be next to impossible.

I’m not 100% sure this wasn’t us playing badly but I’ll go ahead and send this in anyways since the only other google result I could find for it was two other groups having rhe same issue.

This boss appears to be way overtuned to the point where he’s not doable. The uninterruptable crystal spawning spell happens much faster than you could possibly down the crystals resulting in a massive regen stack on him that prevents you from even denting his health bar.
