The account of my friend was unavailable due to tis error.
This error popped up exactly after he logged in the game, launched and after the character selection screen, at the point where the game loads for the ingame enviroment.
This happened for the already made character and if he tried to make a new character the same thing happened at the exact same point.
We have tried ofc any solution found on the support forums aboout the DNS flush and the other suggestions. Nothing helped.
The thing is that i have tried to login and play with my friend’s account from my home and i got the same error. I live btw in Cyprus and have CableNet as my ISP and he llives in Greece and has OTENET as an ISP. So DEFINETLY it’s not from our end.
And now check this out.
When i logged in with my account i saw his character online. He was hacked. Immidietly we changed passwords etc.
And what happened in the end was this: As long as his hacker was logged in and playing with his character/account we got the error.
When the hacker finally logged out, my friend trie dto login and did succesfully with no errors. We didn’t do anything else. we just waited.
Simple enough? Dunno…

my mother has this problem and when i try to login from my PC (She is in Greece, i am in Cyprus), i get the same error….
So it’s from your end.
Resolve it.
