Guild Wars 2

Oh yeah and the error I get is error code 7:11:3:189:101

Yep I’ve been having this issue this morning before I left for work and now tonight as well.

Can’t really play with it doing this.

I play and I’ll get horrid lag spikes that seem to eventually lead to disconnect every 15-20 minutes or so.

I have rebooted my modem, pc, I’ve changed ethernet cables. I updated my ethernet driver. I’ve disabled my firewall. I’ve tested my connection on various sites downloading a game off of steam to test connection and I have no issues.

I haven’t had this issue before till this morning. about 7:30am.

I see there is a couple other posts from others today experiencing the same thing. Whats going on?

In other MMO’s, and yes I’ll say it WoW one of my favorite past times was fishing. There were times I’d want to play but I was just in a mood to relax and kick back.

Fishing was great, you could farm schools of fish for farming purposes/mat gathering for selling or for crafting. You could fish for achievements with quite a number of unique and rare fishing catches or even fish up some pets.

Then there was the weekly tournament in STV every Sunday at 2pm. With some great prizes (better pole and a trinket that turned you into a fish)

And there was fishing bonus gear to get to pimp out your character with fishing stuff.

My whole character was based around it. Seabeard the Dwarf Hunter, I had a crab named Nebula. I had the Fishing Umbrella from the WoW card game. I had won the fishing tournament twice so had both the pole and the trinket prizes, full decked out with all the fishing gear.

Yet I still hadn’t caught everything/done everything. It was great fun.

I would love to see fishing brought to Guild Wars 2. It would fit right into this game. With GW2 being about the Journey, the experiences you can have. Added a nice fishing segment to this game would be fantastic. You could add tournaments and various rare fish to catch in all the different regions. Cosmetic fishing gear and Poles to earn.

They aren’t hard to miss just look for the party of 5 – 20 of the exact same character profession and more often than not pet. With lettered names all running around in a centipede like chain firing off the same moves.

Is it working for any of you guys yet? I had this same issue exactly at the time frame you guys were last night.

I ended up giving up for the night. I’m at work now, but i was hoping it would be back to working by the time I get home later tonight so I can play.
