I’ll say it again: How come all other legendary weapons have special effects even when not unsheathe? I owned the Minstrel for sometimes now, and I had to draw my weapon every time to show others my legendary effect.

Legendary Minstrel doesn’t show its effect while in sheath weapon mode. I know almost all Legendary weapons have theirs effects show even in sheath/unsheath mode. I spent hours to complete my first legendary, but to find it not every impressive compare to others. It’s just unfair. Also, when my character is walking too fast, I can barely notice the trail of music notes. Please look into this issue. Thank you!

Please fix crest of shaman to its proper stat: Vitality, healing, condition damage, not power.
