The CS Team will not offer an account restoration for any purpose other than an unknown third-party compromise.

You can, if you so desire, update your original ticket and ask again about your Gem Store items, but the Team may not have the tools to accommodate your request.

Thanks, I will ask again. I really want those items back or at least some kind of refund…maybe 1500 gems if not the 3000…I am so sad about this. One kitten fault…I am so angry about my foolishness and so sad about the situation and the answer from the support.

Hi there everyone. I’m writing here because I simply don’t know what to do anymore. I am really sad at the moment. I’ve returned to GW2 after a 15 Months break and started to enjoy the game again. I also wanted to buy the new expansion. So far so good. Last night, I was tinkering around with my old chars and created some new to get back into the game, I accidently deleted an old twink. That twink got all three account bound harvesting tools, which I realised about an hour later. 3k of gems or 30 bucks gone. I wrote to the Support and asked for some little help, I never did this beforer. All I’ve got was a premade answer with the notice, that it is impossible to restore items or characters. Really? Absolutely impossible? I mean, 30 Euro…I worked allmost a day for that (yeah I know…its not much payment). I am so sad and disappointed now. 3k gems are really really much for me and because of a little fault, which could allways happen to one, now everything is gone. I know it was my fault, but to err is human. I am that sad that I’m thinking about to quit again and therefore wont buy the expansion. Is there really no possibility? Some light at the end of the tunnel? Does anyone of you have ANY advices what I could do? I really want those items back or some kind of refund…if its not 3k maybe less…I don’t want to have lost all this money because of one little fault. Please help me.

Same problem. Norn male wearing the whole set. Moos dye and pottery wont stick whatever I try. Please fix!
