Its really annoying testing builds when you have to run away just to reset your traits and change skills just remove the whole thing from the mist zone. Im sure other pvpers and build testers would agree

Easily. You could say something like “I would like to see an unlockable secondary skillset for each weapon, perhaps tied to the Weapon Master achievements. These new skills would be more technical and advanced than the primary skillset; more difficult to use properly but more rewarding and allowing of nuanced play within each weapon. Players could switch between the skillsets, but only out of battle.”

As for new non-weapon skills, those are on the way.

So recently made a post about ranger, and many people said with my play style i should go eather Warrior or Theif.

Been trying warrior and I like it a lot more than theif so far.

But all I hear is that Warrior is horrible for pvp and you will just lose any fight against some one who is even semi compitent at the game.

Is this true? I really enjoye the PvP aspect of these kind of games and I dont wanna level my Warrior to 80 and do everything I need to do just to be pretty much stuck doing nothing but PvE cuz its all my class is good at.

I dont understand a lot of it cuz half the post say how Warrior is just op, and then the other half say that Warrior is just awful and only no brain kids play them.

Why is there so much hate towards the Warrior class? Also are they good at PvP? I dont need them to be an easy mode class for PvP but if i go through all the work just to find out im gonna lose no matter how good and how knowledgable i am of the classes and my class, just becuase im not a theif or a condi necromancer well then whats the point in the end?

What is it with posts like these? Warrior IS the easy mode class at the moment. S/d thief and condimancer, while both strong, aren’t still even close to warriors…

How so? I meen i don’t want to be rude, but you haven’t said anything to back up your claims.

Also im not here complaining about Warriors or other classes, i just want to know if its truly worth it to level a Warrior.

If Warriors are just horrible at PvP and that is my main enjoyment with games like this, well than why make one? I would rather just make a different class that is still fun but can at least enter PvP and do fine.

I could have proof in black and white and most players would still think i am lying or i am a horrible player. Its the ugly truth warriors have now become the weakest in the game. I’m honestly just looking for ways to counter that.

If against all odds you feel weak on your warrior, then it is because you don’t have a good build. Search for a proper meta build and you should do fine.

Even the phrase “we would be able to toggle to what skill set we want to use” is detail that wasn’t clear in the original post. I wasn’t sure if you meant upgraded skills, alternative skills, skills to be appended to the weapon set and usable at the same time, etc.

If you want your idea to be taken seriously, it’s never a bad idea to go into detail. It makes sure people don’t misunderstand your idea or have to guess what you mean.

-Skills 1-5 will be completely different from what they are now. And what the heck every class gets new skills for the remaining slots lol.

Weapons base on different classes gets a new set of skills. (Was that more clear?) And we would be able to toggle to what skill set we want to use.

Title says it all skill tier II set for weapons/classes.

I’m not a new player I have logged 400+hrs on my warrior(But compared to someone who has over 2000+hrs I guess I would be called new).

Swiftness on crit, 25% stance duration, condition removal on burst, stability on cc, stances give vigor, movement break immobilisation, reduce cost of burst.

Endure pain and zerker stance utility and rest is up to you.

Depends on your skill level. I am quite happy with my warrior to be honest. I run greatsword and hammer for wvw and spvp with a build focused on stances and vigor. Nice mobility and burst with plenty of evades. Certain classes and builds are harder to beat than others though but that is the same for all classes.

Do you mind sharing the build? or is it private.

Never said warrior is the worst class. All i play is warrior. Warriors have become the weakest class in the game and it is outrageous.

They made warrior so weak its just crazy how things have turned out.

You may not see it but I do, slowly being force to buy gems just to compete.

Being force to either buy gems or just be stuck with limited banking and inventory space, and don’t even tell me about buying expensive bags.

With only getting 7 lvlvs from 1-400 crafting is it possible to get lvl 80 while on an exp booster? or crafting booster?

All i want is to change my skills instantly while working on different builds in the mist im sure other players would agree,just in the mist while testing on golems.
