I do what you said and my computer says its not a valid target line

Is that target line even correct or should i have gw2 stored in a different part of my laptop?

I was getting the error for a while, now i can’t even get past the character select screen without the game crashing. It really sucks

I cant even get past my character select screen since the update came out… its a serious bummer

I have the same exact laptop and i had the same exact problem. Here’s what you do:
Go to the AMD catalyst control center
Go under advanced settings
There should be a pull down tab on the left scroll down till it says battery
Click on enable powerplay in the battery window
This should drastically raise your fps on your laptop

If that doesn’t work go under graphic settings → there’s a window that should be showing you a 3d model from another game

in the first window change the setting from wide or whatever it is to box

i cant log into the game atm (error code 58_) but if i could i could help you with other settings that would help optimize your performance
