Okay fellow-sufferers, support woke up and my ticket has been updated (seems like a mass-reply for all who submitted related tickets). It is an issue with payment processor (orly) and “we will have an another update for you as soon as possible”. Gives hope.

What’s the difference between regular person and an IT-related? Regular person sticks fingers in the wall outlet, gets a discharge and decides not to repeat it. The IT-related person sticks fingers in the wall outlet, gets a discharge and does it again to make sure it’s a repeatable bug.

I’m really disappointed by absence of any reaction except automated answer “We’ll contact you as soon as we have an answer for you”. Actually, it’s not an ingame question, it’s about money we’ve paid and received nothing.

Same here. Opened a ticket, but that’s a very annoying issue, I was planning to get couple of my friends into the game….
- EU, Latvia, Daugavpils
- I am playing only in the evenings after 20:00 GMT +2. Lag spikes are regular and annoying but we’ve got our WvW raid cancelled November 30, 2014 – it was barely possible to use skills on WvW borders.
- Desolation EU
- Lag spikes become notable on WvW maps, but populated areas seems to be vulnerable too.
I will provide detailed network report later.
Well, thanks everyone who was trying to help me with my issue, finally I’ve managed to unlock the meta achievement (without puzzles it was nearly impossible – only one week left and I can’t play too much). Some tinkering and great help from Hinote made it through.
After relogging and getting back I see chest already opened and I can’t open it again. I’ve completed the puzzle on both my characters and nothing changed…
Take a look at the screenshot – I’m standing in the vault near the big stash and both keys are in the inventory. The same was done on the other character. I performed Emerald, because this week Blacktide is a “green server”. I see no reason to torture myself with other color jumping puzzles without achievement completed.
And I’ve already opened the big chest, but keys still are in my backpack. Those arrow carts are from that chest. Also I relogged and fully restarted the game – keys didn’t disappear.
If no official answer is received, probably I’ll try to open a vault on another borderlands. Thanks for the idea.

I completed the “Emerald leaping in the mists” jumping puzzle, collected both keys, opened vault and got some loot from big shiny stash. But achievement has not been unlocked and both keys are still in my inventory. Another person was completing the same puzzle at the same time and got the achievement properly.
Is there any workaround? I’m pretty new at this game and didn’t find any way to ask for a gamemaster’s help. I found the joy in this game in WvW and impossibility to get the meta achievement for the 1st season because of some weird bug would be pretty disappointing.
Would really appreciate any kind of help.
