Same issue with 1st character deleted and lost the minipet and Tome of Influence.
I only deleted because the human tutorial end boss got stuck and there wasn’t a cut scene, so I thought if I remade it would load.

I just received my missing digital deluxe items (the missing ones I reported) on the 30th September. A.net does care! Thanks so much!! Now it’s going into my invisible bag…… jk
