My fathers account was terminated for suspected botting. He has never botted. That was 12 days ago he got an email today and this what it said.
“We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual. For your security, further access to the account has been suspended unitl this matter can be resolved. To restore access to this account, please contact Support and one of our representatives will assist you.”
What I don’t understand is nothing was wrong with his account pre termination none of his gold or gear was gone. Is this a case of we didn’t make a mistake it was the dirty hackers who did it?
His form access has been blocked as well now.
Why thank them for restoring your account, they terminated it wrongly in first place, its a bit like getting punched in the face and then thanking the guy for not doing it a second time instead of getting ticked he did it in the first place.
Same thing happened to my account 3 hours ago, was farming loadstones with guildies today and then went to pvp for an hour or so then blam kicked out and when I tried to log back in got the same message as poster, this is beyond shabby no one contacted me in game to check if the claim was true they just ban away and leave it up to their CUSTOMER “because thats what we are” to have to sort out and hope some one there actualy fixes it.
