Game was fine last night. Downloaded the patch after quit. Start to play today and game is unplayable again (Russia here).

I know about this. And i know why they block some countries. Some of they games have russian publishers and servers. It is question of money. But GW2 is GW2 )

Almost same in Russia/Ural. I can login, but then game is unplayable. Ping jumps from standart 94 up to 4500. Game freezes, Items descriptions and pictures loading within 4-6 minutes. After 15-20 minutes of “play” game become totally freeze, so i need to fully restart my computer. This begins about 5 days ago and become more hard with each day.
