Yeah in a few fractals I’ve run into this, picking up rocks in the grawl volcano and the hammer during the colossus, worse there as it can lead to a nasty fall.

I use blink quite a lot in pve and wvw and only really notice this when I use it to break out of fear. most commonly during claw of jormag fight.

If you really want to stack up a lot of bleeds I’d go with the focus offhand it can be a bit more challenging to land properly, but it can easily stack 10+ bleeds on multiple targets if it survives long enough. The benefits of projectile absorption and a swiftness/cripple/pull are hard to pass up too.
