Yep same problem here. Been this way since Tuesday. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?

Since the patch today i can no longer create a new character. Anyone got any ideas why this is?

I bought a new GW2 account in the sale and the server i wanted to join was full so i joined a different one. I have heard rumours that if you delete all of your characters you can change server for free, is this true? If it is true will you keep all of the items in your bank, your gold, materials karma and stuff when you change server or will you lose all of this stuff?
