Found out in my case, I was trying to log in with my Display Name, but when I logged in with my e-mail address it worked.

I’m getting the same error (Error Code: 11:0:2:1297) – filed a ticket over a day ago and still no response. Not the best first impression having just bought the game…

Most frustrating part is that the “Recover Account” option assumes that you have a character already.
