Guild Wars 2

Hello! I’ve always found GW2 to be interesting, but I’ve never really played it. I’ve played WoW for something like 10 years now, and it recently dawned on me that a lot of the things I enjoy in WoW are things that are really big in GW2 (Crafting, exploration, gold making, etc.). While I have always loved PvE, I’ve found myself in recent years enjoying the things mentioned previously more than raiding all the time, so I think GW2 is a good game for me. I bought HoT and PoF, so I’m about to boost a character, and I thought I’d reach out and look for a guild as well because we all know MMOs are more fun with friends and guilds! Well, I don’t have any friends who play, so the remaining option is to find a guild!

A Little About Me:

I’m 24 years old, and, like I said before, I’ve been playing WoW for about 10 years now. I’ve dabbled in pretty much every MMO that has come out since then, but I’ve never really stuck with one. I think the time has finally come, though, for me to move on from WoW and play something that I think will be truly enjoyable, and that’s why I’ve chosen GW2. I’ve been trying to read a lot about everything there is to do in GW2, but it seems there’s a lot, so I’ll figure it out with time. I want to find a guild, though, I know that much.

What I’m Looking For:

For the time being, a more casual/new player friendly guild is probably best for me. While I’ve been a hardcore raider in WoW for many years, I think a more casual environment in GW2 is more suiting to my needs currently. I will likely spend most of my time exploring the PvE content the game has to offer, but I do plan on dabbling in some PvP as well. For those who are curious because of WvW, I am currently on Fort Aspenwood.
