My wife is still waiting for correspondence in reference to her account being compromised. She replied to the initial e-mail as instructed after taking the steps to secure her computer on January 22nd.

Thanks I will post there, however the fact that thread was created almost a year ago and has been active ever since lends itself away from being able to attribute the problem with current new players due to the recent sale and announcement of the expansion. It appears that it is more of an ongoing issue.

My wife and I have recently decided to return to the game. Upon attempting to sign in, she realized her account had apparently been compromised and has attempted to go through the steps to get it restored. She submitted her initial ticket on January 22nd and received the first e-mail response from GM Glow in the process, the one asking her to go through the steps to secure her computer and reply back, that same day. Ever since that point there has been zero correspondence now 5 days later. Is the response time to have anything accomplished via support really this long or has something gone wrong? I’m a bit hesitant to actually try to get invested back in this game if it takes a week for support to assist with an issue.
