While I havn’t played enough fractals to contribute to the discussion (I played once last week and enjoyed it very much) I must say that I really like the CDI initiative by Anet. It’s a great way to involve the community and it’s been a pleasure following the discussion.

It’s great that you test out a short term fix, because it was a big issue. It did, however, have the downside that for example sometimes you don’t see allies that are downed, which makes it quite difficult to res them. Still, it’s much better than running into an enemy zerg completely oblivious to it.

I’d like to have the message of the day function in guilds extended. The first suggestion I had was that you should have the option of actually edit the message, instead of having to rewrite it every time, just like it worked in gw1. However, keeping the funktion as it is now and then add the truly edit function would be best.

It would also be good if message of the day showed up in guildchat every time it’s edited and when you log in so you know what’s up.

Communication is key, and now that I think of it, adding a new tab where the leader and selected members can write more extensive texts, such as guild rules, and planned guild events etc. would be a great addition. That way, the message of the day could truly function as a message of the day that’s edited every day telling each member what’s up. The day to day function of the message of the day paired up with the more permanent guild board would greatly benefit guild communication without using third party stuff such as forums. Forums have the drawback that you have to visit it instead of actually playing the game. A more solid message of the day + guild board would make it easier for all members of a guild and thus benefit the game in general.

I am human, I never joined the circus, am a commoner. I’ve had some missing lines in nearly every single step of the story line. I’ve just rescued the hospital and I am searching for a boy in a red shirt atm. Boris the Beast missed some lines in his cutscene.

Anet: Do you prefer bug reports or forum posts? I can continue to post here, but it’s easier to use the bug reporting system since it takes less time between experiencing and reporting that way.
