Guild Wars 2

I have never had any issues with Guild Wars 2 crashing until the build that came out yesterday. Ever since the new build I have crashed 4 times (in less than 24 hours). There is someone playing next to me who doesn’t experience this issue so i know its not a modem/router issue and since I have a more updated computer i know its not graphics crashing or anything. As stated it started after the build update yesterday. I have ran the “repair” feature every time i crash as the game suggests it when i relaunch, but it has yet to fix anything. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue or if anyone had any ideas what it could be?

since lightning whip has a ranged, with my main being an ele i feel it hitting multiple targets would be OP and lead to a “nerf Ele” QQ thread.

I would also like to see a % of guild members play time to representing your guild time. Like the game could calculate “ok this player played 50 hours last week and repped your guild 25 hours, so they have a 50% rep”. Could help guild leaders see how much each member is actually active in the guild when they can’t be there 24 hours a day to check.

I concur, this should be implemented. Just throw “WvW Bags in our inventory”. If you don’t have room, then drop them at the feet. I know it’s not hard to press “f” but this would allow you to stay focused on combat and enjoy WvW slightly more. Not a qq, just a cool idea.

No, as long as the first person in the group to enter the dungeon has completed Story Mode then they can choose to do Explorable Mode and the entire group can do it. So yes, only 1 person in the group has to have completed Story Mode. I don’t have story mode on any of my alts but i run EM all the time.

Why would you even have 1 person doing class changes? Did Anet not learn anything from a certain game made a company named after a snow storm? I remember when there class buffs were always based after what the devs were playing atm.

Oh trust me, I have see outside forums where they discuss the alliance. The alliance is so bad that even while doing WvW puzzles, they won’t kill each other, just GoM. I mean I can’t wait until they move up into a higher bracket and get there poop pushed in backwards bc they won’t have an alliance, but it just sucks that a lot of people who use to WvW a lot have quit because of the alliances. And just take away the bracket posting. Who cares what other servers are in the lead? just list the ranking of the server and not the brackets. Just my 2 cents.

I suspect you are probably using a Logitech keyboard. I have been looking for a fix for this as I have the same problem, however the only fix I can find requires you to have a logitech mouse as well to save your profile or something like that, but since I am using a Razor Naga I am S.O.L atm trying to find a fix. I wish I could find an ANet Admin addressing this issue since I am sure at least 40% of the players probably use a logitech keyboard and I wouldn’t want 40% of my players to get frustrated bc the game doesn’t fully support logitech.

So after fighting the same 2 servers for the past month, and them both having an alliance against us bc they can’t beat us 1v1v1, I propose a change in WvW. Why do i need to see which servers I am battling? All this does is give the servers a chance to send spies to other servers and form alliances. Why not just let them be colors, like they are on the map. Sure you will have to name the maps something other than “Server” Battleground, but just use the colors. Blue battleground, green battleground, red battleground. There really is no reason to see the other servers other than bragging rights. But since server rankings are posted, that’s really the only bragging rights you need. I just feel like this would make WvW more dynamic and fun. Our servers WvW is slowly dying because don’t want to fight the same 2 servers for a month when they have an alliance against you. And I don’t want to see our server die as I am very happy with it :/
